Key employees Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, as well as a variety of non-clinical positions. While many of our positions require specific licenses and degrees, we also off training and career paths for those who are starting a career in ABA.
Your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days after submission. Qualified applicants will receive a request to schedule an interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team using a self-scheduling option to best fit your schedule.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts will be provided orientation and on-the-job training during their first week. Continuing education opportunities are provided, as is dedicated time off annually to use for professional development. RBTs and BTs are provided a thorough training prior to their start date.
The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) certification is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or RBT Requirements Coordinator who is responsible for their work.
To become a Registered Behavior Technician, you must complete a 40-hour training program which is offered at no cost through Key Autism Services. After completion, you will complete an in-person assessment at one of our ABA centers and compile documents required for the BACB (licensing board). After approval, you will take an exam at a Pearson testing location to become officially license. Click here for more information regarding BACB requirements.
Yes! Our BACB Supervision Department is your resource for obtaining your required hours through our supervision and Early Mentoring programs. You will work as a BT or RBT and meet regularly with a BACB program supervisor for support and to track progress throughout your time in the program. Upon successful completion, a position as a BCBA may be offered to you after your BCBA license is obtained.
